Use Roo for interview preparation, mock interviews and assistance you are permitted to use. Follow your interview, employer and assessment rules and obtain permission to process other people’s speech or content. AI answers and speaker labels may contain errors.
Plans and limits
Day pass: US$5 for 24 hours after verified payment, up to 50 completed answers, with no automatic renewal. Monthly: US$20 per month, up to 300 completed answers per billing month. Annual: US$99 billed annually, up to 300 completed answers in each monthly access period. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. Unused allowances do not roll over. Resource safeguards may pause processing for large inputs or extended audio.
Activation, renewal and cancellation
Sign in and open Account → Plans & billing to purchase a plan. Access starts once payment is confirmed. Manage renewal and cancellation in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; refunds, disputes or failed renewals may affect access.
Billing support and availability
Contact support about incorrect charges, refunds or access problems. Provide your account email and payment reference, never your password or full card number. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. This release supports Apple silicon Macs on macOS 14 or later. Service availability may be affected by network or service interruptions.
