We use your account information, the content you submit and necessary service records to provide and improve Interview Roo. Payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details.
You control what you share
You choose when to take screenshots, send a question or start listening. Submitted content is processed to provide transcripts and answers, with help from service partners. Pause listening to stop audio capture. Only share content you have permission to use.
Your interview history
Saved transcripts and answers are grouped by session for review and export. Turning off history stops new records from being saved. Clearing the current workspace does not delete saved history.
Access, corrections and deletion
Contact our support team to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Information needed to provide your service, handle payments or meet legal obligations may be retained.
