The product example runs in your browser. It does not send your questions to a model. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting providers process the network information needed to deliver pages and downloads.

Account and payments

AWS Cognito handles account registration, email verification and sign-in. Stripe processes card details and subscriptions; Roo stores payment identifiers and access periods rather than your full card details. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription events for the Roo project. Signing in does not itself activate a paid plan.

Screenshots, audio and model services

You choose when to capture, send and listen. Pending screenshots can be previewed or deleted. Images submitted for an answer and text context are sent through our backend to OpenRouter and the selected model providers. Live audio is streamed to AWS Transcribe; fallback speech processing uses a Gemini model through OpenRouter. Pause listening to stop capture. Data sent for processing is subject to those providers’ processing policies. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Context and saved history

Your resume summary, job description, transcript and prior answers may be included in the context used to answer your question. You can choose 30 minutes, 60 minutes or full-interview context. Saving history stores transcripts and answers in your account, grouped by session, so they can be reopened and exported. Turning history off stops new saved history; clearing the current workspace does not delete records already saved. Screenshot image files are not included in saved account history.

Retention and requests

Account profiles, saved records and billing records are retained to provide the service and handle account and billing requests. There is currently no automatic retention timer or self-service deletion control for saved interviews. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; billing and legal records may need to be retained where required. Do not treat clearing the live workspace as account-data deletion.

Devices and security

The app uses macOS screen and microphone permissions and authenticated connections to the backend. Model-service credentials are managed on the server. This release does not expose phone pairing or a mobile download.
